Join us as we venture to a grungy, dirty, and very Rob Zombie Haddonfield in his 2007 remake of the 1978 Carpenter original. Godzilla Minus One

Apologies for the late upload. To begin this month of remakes we are watching last year's Godzilla Minus One. A move that Josh saw multiple times in theaters and declared it as the best movie of 2023. Join us as we go back to a post World War 2 Japan that must deal with a very angry, very scary Godzilla that comes ashore destroy Tokyo. Did Cyndi like it? Did it scare her to death? Welcome to another week and an another attempt to kill Cyndi. This week we ventured to 2006 South Korea for Bong Joon Ho's excellent political monster movie The Host.

Godzilla was at the start of the Cold War and he comes back in this first of the Heisei era series to be at the end of it. Two films about the destructive force of nuclear weapons set thirty years apart. We watched The Return of Godzilla known as Godzilla 1985 in the U.S. but did we like it? Did it scare Cyndi to death?
